Refund & Cancellation Policy

“ShopnPop” allows the customer to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order or dispatch an item, whichever is earlier. In any case, the order cannot be canceled after the shipment of the order. In case, the item ordered is out of stock, an order modification option will be provided to you. Otherwise, Order Amount will be refunded back.

In case of order modification, you will receive an order modification intimation through email/WhatsApp/SMS, and in case of cancellation, you will get the refund against your original method of payment within 5-7 Working Days.

Also, In Case of non-availability of Product Ordered from our end, We reserve the rights to cancel the order placed within 12Hrs of Order Placed. Full refund of the amount placed shall be issued in this condition which will be credited back into source account with 2-3 Working Days.

What if you receive a Wrong/Damaged Product?

To return products that are damaged in transit or in case a wrong product is delivered, please contact customer support via call @ 8076428749 or drop us an email queries@shopnpop.com within 24 hours of delivery. Any return requests later than 24 hours after delivery will not be entertained with regards to a damaged or wrong product being delivered.

NOTE: When you receive the shipment, please create a Video while opening up the package, we will not entertain any shipment issues if you fail to provide us a Video.

All our devices carry a 7 day replacement policy covering against only functionality issues. No returns will be entertained if the device has been tampered with.

If the Product is Dead On Arrival or Non Functional, we will schedule a return pickup and the product will be tested and a replacement will then be issued, provided that the product has not gone through any Physical / Liquid / Software Damage. No Replacement will be provided if the product is in perfectly functional condition and the same will be returned to the user, after payment of shipping charges.
