Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

TYPES OF SHIPMENTS AND THEIR CHARGES:

  • Normal Shipments
  • Express Parcels.
  • International Shipments.
  • Integrated E-Commerce Logistics.

NOTE: For any kind of Express or International Shipments, there is all together a different process and extra charges than Normal shipments. You need to drop us an email on queries@shopnpop.comwith Order ID if you want any of these Shipments (Express & International)

For Normal Shipments, below is the Rate Card:

For Example if the Weight of the shipment is greater than 500 Grams and region is NCR, that Total Cost of the Shipping would be (120+80) which is Rs. 200 (This may vary as per the Region)


How CASH ON DELIEVERY option can be availed??

We trust Our Customers and surely, we are in process of providing them COD option but currently we don’t have COD option available and the payment can be made by sending the money to the Account which will be visible to you at the time of Checkout.
We know that sending money to random website is an absolute “NO” but since we are more eager in building trust with the customers, we always schedule a video call session with the customers and show them the product, the quality, the functionality and its IMEI as well whichever product they selected. After our customer is satisfied, we proceed with the payment. If you’re not sure about the products, we can always opt out. We believe in Quality not Quantity.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is placed successfully and payment is done, you will receive an AWB number from the vendor to track your shipment. You can go to the website of the vendor and put AWB number there to get your shipment status. For further clarifications, you can always send us an emailon queries@shopnpop.com

How are Quality Checks made?

We have a software which perform almost 64 Quality Checks and makes us more confident towards the authentication of Our Products. We generate a Certificate and send it to you with your shipment.

How GST will be calculated on Renewed Mobile Phones?

We charge GST as per Govt Regulations. If the product is fresh/new and being sold for the first time, the GST will be charged on the total amount. However, if the product is Renewed,here, the GST is charged on the difference between the value of the supply of the goods and the purchase price of the goods. GST is levied only on the marginal amount to avoid double taxation as the goods that have been previously taxed enter the supply chain once again

DELIVERY POLICY :

  • All the domestic orders placed through the website are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
  • Orders are shipped within 5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • To ensure safe and fast delivery of the products, we ship through reputed courier partners.
  • We shall not be liable for any delay caused in the delivery and such delay, if arises, shall be attributed to the Courier Company.
  • We use Razorpay Payment Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments.
  • Customers will receive auto-generated, timely emails for all order related queries.
  • Delivery of all orders will be only made to the registered address as mentioned by the buyer.
